Meet April Mudie-Masters
Redeemer Preschool Director | Serving Infants–Age 4
Young children thrive when they feel safe, known and loved. That belief shapes April Mudie-Masters’ leadership of Redeemer’s Early Childhood Center and her commitment to creating a warm, Christ-centered place where children can grow in confidence, curiosity and faith.
April brings more than 25 years of experience serving children and families in Christian education. Before joining Redeemer, she taught and held leadership roles in public and private schools and Christian ministry settings, working with children from toddlerhood through the teenage years. Her background in early childhood development and special education helps her support each child’s academic, social, emotional and spiritual growth.
April holds certifications in early childhood education, elementary education and PreK–12 special education. She is also completing her LCMS Colloquy through Concordia University in support of Redeemer’s Lutheran mission.
For April, preschool is a partnership. She values open communication with parents and enjoys walking alongside families as their children build friendships, develop independence and discover a love of learning.

- April Mudie-Masters has served children and families in Christian education for more than 25 years and is grateful to lead Redeemer’s Early Childhood Center. She is passionate about creating a Christ-centered environment where young children are known, nurtured, and encouraged to develop a love of learning from the very beginning. Before joining Redeemer, April taught and held leadership roles in public and private schools as well as Christian ministry settings, working with children from toddlers through teenagers. Her background includes early childhood development and special education, and she is deeply committed to partnering with teachers and families to support the growth of the whole child — academically, socially, and spiritually. April holds long-standing certifications in early childhood and general elementary education, as well as PreK–12 special education. She is currently completing her LCMS Colloquy through Concordia University in support of Redeemer’s Lutheran mission. She looks forward to walking alongside families during these foundational early years.
