RECAP

The chips were flowing when the “Casino Royale” gala for Redeemer Lutheran School opened their doors. The Sons of the Salt Fork band set the mood with some great tunes that made us want to break out our boots and dance the night away. Attendees tried to out bid each other for unique gifts, or they tried to out gamble them at one of our gaming tables. This year two lucky individuals participated in games of chance that had them each winning a $500 VISA gift card. A live auction followed with fantastic items including a special Pink Power item that was in honor of Leta Sledge and all those touched by breast cancer. While all the proceeds from the gala benefited Redeemer Lutheran School, the $1,000 proceeds from the Pink Power item went to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. It was a night of festivities and fun!

Through the generosity of those who donated live and silent auction items, those who signed up to be sponsors, those who gave donations, those who bid and won auction items, and those who advertised in our printed program for the night, we were able to raise over $11,000!

To those who participated and shared in this special event, we extend our thanks.
