Children start learning from birth. Redeemer provides its youngest students with so much more than an average day care. Loving teachers and staff give them a head start with opportunities to build skills and relationships.
Jesus is a part of everything we do at Redeemer. Jesus' love and forgiveness are shared with each student, both in teacher/student relationships, as well as student/student relationships.
Each class studies one Bibly story every week. Activities such as art, drama, puppets, and manipulatives help the students gain a better understanding of the story and make connections. In addition to the Bible story of the week, students learn numerous songs, rhymes, and fingerplays to enrich their study.
All our students attend chapel together every Wednesday. Students and teachers worship together, sing God's praise, and hear the message from His Word. Each month a different local or national project is selected for chapel offerings. Students may bring an offering to help support the current chapel project.
Redeemer playgrounds are state-of-the-art. The play facilities were designed by playground safety expert, Dr. Joe Frost, from the University of Texas. The playgrounds have been a part of an ongoing research collaboration with the University for over 25 years.
These gardens allow for outdoor classroom experiences. The children care for the gardens that provide herbs for the Meals on Wheels program. In addition, the Butterfly Garden and Wildflower Wetland engage children in hands-on learning and exploration. The Nature Gardens have been recognized as a National School Yard Habitat by The National Wildlife Federation. More...

Parent Involvement
Building a cooperative team for your child is vitally important to his/her success. We strongly believe in partnering with parents to ensure each child has a sense of stability and consistency in both the school and home environment.
Communication
Daily notes are posted outside each classroom reviewing the highlights of the day. A weekly newsletter is sent home to help parents keep abreast of upcoming events and the units of study for each class. A Parent Teacher League provides opportunities for parents to be involved in supporting the school, as well as gather with other families for fellowship.
